Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the technical support of our customers in France directly on site and assist them with all technical questions related to our loaders. You advise our customers professionally, carry out thorough functional checks, and ensure that our machines remain reliable and fully operational at all times.

In your daily work, you will travel regularly: you visit customers in your region, participate in technical analyses, and use modern diagnostic tools to optimize performance and detect potential issues at an early stage. Through your expertise, you help maintain the long-term performance and durability of our machines.

Another key task is organizing and carrying out maintenance and repair work independently. You plan your service tours in close cooperation with your colleagues and communicate directly with customers and our dealers in France. Your flexibility and mobility allow you to provide fast and efficient on-site service. You maintain an overall view of your activities to ensure that interventions are well-structured, efficient, and completed on time.

Your profile

Ideally, you have a technical qualification such as:

  • BTS Maintenance of Equipment (agricultural or construction equipment)

  • BTS Vehicle Maintenance (industrial vehicles specialization)

  • Vocational training (Bac Pro or CAP) in maintenance

  • or an equivalent technical qualification

Experience in maintenance, repair, and servicing of agricultural machinery, construction equipment, or industrial vehicles is an advantage.

Strong electrical skills are essential. You have solid knowledge of electronics, control systems, and ideally hydraulics. Experience with modern diagnostic tools and fault analysis is a strong asset.

You are comfortable working with machines and performing field work.

A Category B driving license is required for this mobile position.

A CACES R482 Category F license (telescopic handlers) is an advantage.

Fluency in French is essential for communication with our customers and partners. English is also important, particularly if you do not speak German. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is considered a plus.
